Complaint

Although we take the utmost care in packaging and protecting the goods we send to you, the following three reasons for making a complaint may arise:

Logistics complaint – these are cases of undelivered or incomplete shipments.
Customer complaint – these are cases where the contents of the shipment are mechanically damaged in any way.
Consumer complaint – these are cases where the delivered goods have already been sold to the consumer and the consumer subsequently files a product complaint with you within the framework of legal rules.

In all cases, it is necessary to act immediately so that we can assess and resolve your complaint correctly and in a timely manner. Your request for complaint resolution must be supported by the necessary documentation. Everything we need to document can be found in the complaint protocol.
